To begin with, please open an incognito window to prevent your browser from saving your browsing history. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for various browsers to open an incognito window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once you have opened the incognito window, navigate to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and attempt to run payroll and enter hours. If this resolves the issue, you can return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the system. If the problem persists in private browsing mode, consider using a different supported web browser.
