I cancelled my automatic payroll tax filing, but it still shows that the payment is scheduled to send automatically. How do I cancel to be able to file manually?

I understand the need to file your payroll taxes manually. As an insight, QuickBooks Full Service Payroll is designed to help businesses that want their payroll tax payment, and tax returns filed for them. 

 

Thus, you'll have to downgrade your payroll subscription so you can e-file and pay payroll taxes manually. 

 

I'd suggest you contact our Customer Support team to help you switch your account from Full-Service Payroll to another QuickBooks Online Payroll version that suits your needs. 

 

Here's how to chat us online: 

 

  1. Click this link: QuickBooks Full Service Payroll.
  2. Enter all necessary information in the fields. 
  3. Check the box for I'm not a robot, then hit Submit
