I cannot access MY EXPERT Tab. It will not allow me in for me to contact my Direct Bookkeeper. How do I fix this ASAP?

Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
Control + Option + P (Safari)
Once signed in, go to the My Experts tab. If you're able to access the page, return to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies. This is to refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend visiting the said tab using other supported browsers.
