- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Then, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. Once logged in, try to record the payment. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache helps resolved any browser-related issues. Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards.
