I cannot run payroll , rec'ing this message. "you can not run payroll at this time: FullServiceSetupNotComplete"

This error is usually caused if there are missing payroll information, accounting363.

You can go to the list of employees and check which one has a yellow exclamation icon before the name of the employee. It indicates that you need to enter some missing details before you can run payroll. 

I would also recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team for Full Service Payroll if you're still getting the same error. They can take a closer look at this and help you determine what's causing the error so you can create your paycheck. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
2. Enter the error message in the description box, then click Let's talk.
3. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback.
