You can enter your tracked mileage one by one and categorize it. Also, you have the option to record only the total recorded miles and categorized it. Just make sure to keep a copy of the detailed one for audit purposes.
Here's how you can enter your tracked mileage manually:
Go to the Miles menu.
Choose the Add trip button.

I have hundreds of trips. can I just put a total number of miles drive for the year?
Welcome to the Community space, @farzad1. Yes, you can enter the total lump sum and categorized it. Make sure you keep a copy of the detailed one for evaluation purposes.
Follow these steps below to enter mileage manually:
Go to the Miles menu.
Tap the Add trip button.
