I didn't use Quickbooks to log my miles last year. I have the mileage and need to enter that number manually. How do I do that?

Good day, @jlmcclellan_1126.

You can enter your tracked mileage one by one and categorize it. Also, you have the option to record only the total recorded miles and categorized it. Just make sure to keep a copy of the detailed one for audit purposes.

Here's how you can enter your tracked mileage manually:

  1. Go to the Miles menu.

  2. Choose the Add trip button.

  3. Enter the trip date, start address, end address.
  4. Click the Add button.
  5. Add the distance in miles and the Trip purpose.
  6. Select Save
