Hello there, @lbhvb7.
You'll have to ask your employer (admin) to resend an invitation through QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), so you can access your paystubs in QuickBooks Workforce.
When you're an employee that has access to your employer's QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, make sure you use a different email for Workforce than the one you use to sign in to QBO.
To resend a QuickBooks Workforce invitation, here's how:
- Go to Payroll and select Employees.
- Select your employee.
- Next to QuickBooks Workforce, select Send reminder.
- Check if the email address is correct, then select Send reminder.
Once done, you'll receive a new invitation. Open the email and select the Create account or Sign in option to accept the Workforce invite. From there, create an Intuit account with your email and a password.
You can refer to this article for the step-by-step guide to accepting an invitation and setting up your Workforce account: Set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.
