I downloaded the payroll app and it doesn’t let me continue past a point that states “No payroll access” “it looks like you’re not authorized to run payroll”

Let's resolve the error you're having to log in successfully using the QuickBooks App, @userbuild.

 

Try to log in to your account in the web using this link and check if you can log in successfully. If there's no error, then I suggest resetting your QuickBooks Online app.

 

Let me walk you through how:

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Selecting Reset App Data
  3. Then, close and re-open the app and try signing in again.
