Let's check the status of your payroll tax payments submitted through QuickBooks Online Payroll, vadrafting. From here, you'll see if there's pending payment.
You'll know if the tax payment is paid electronically as it’ll show E-payment or E-pay in the Pay method column.
If there's no unapproved tax payment in the system, you can pay outside the system direct to the agency. You may also contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll Team so they can check the status of the NJ e-pay. And, verify if there is no incomplete information for the state.

I am having the same exact issue and as usual Intuit can’t fix it.
