To change the account credentials of the Primary Principal, you'll have to contact QuickBooks Desktop Care team. They will create a request ticket to change the information.
This protocol is implemented because of the process between the QuickBooks and the bank to avoid filed up errors. Here's how to contact them:
- In your QuickBooks company, go to the Help menu.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click on the Contact us button.
