We can reprint a paycheck without incurring duplicate payroll tax charges by simply reprinting the existing paycheck rather than creating a new one, Nanaacez.

Here's how:

  1. Go to My Apps and choose Payroll, then click Employees.
  2. Choose an employee and click on the Paycheck list tab.
  3. Find the paycheck you need to reprint.
  4. Click the dropdown arrow under the Action column and select Print paycheck.
  5. A preview page will open, after which you can click the printer icon to start printing.
