You can untick the box to exclude the employee from the year-end bonus. Allow me to guide you through this, Sunnymatch.
When running the year-end bonus for your employees, remove the check mark by clicking the box next to the employee's name. I've attached a screenshot below as a visual guide:


After that, you can run a separate final check for that specific employee. With the final check, you have 2 ways to create a final paycheck:
- Make the final paycheck their last regular paycheck (also known as a scheduled payroll), or
- Provide the employee a paycheck outside the normal pay schedule (an unscheduled payroll).
