Just to clarify, are you referring to the company's bank account that's having money withdrawn for direct deposit (DD)? If so, you can locate information about changing this account in the following link: Change bank account information.
Should you be referring to the bank account within QuickBooks Online (QBO) not being correct, for example, the payroll checks are associated with Business Checking 1 in QBO, but were actually paid from Business Checking 2, there's a different process.
