I have an acct that tied to & when a client pays online it goes into that acct. I want to start using a new Chase account. How do I make sure the pmts go into new acct

You can update your bank account information in Merchant Service Center, adrianmcbride63.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click Account Profile from the Account menu.
  3. Locate Deposit Account Information section and click Edit.
  4. You will be prompted to confirm your identity thru SMS or a phone call for security purposes. We'll provide you a 6-digit code via any of the phone numbers we have on file for you.
  5. Select the method you wish to receive the code.
  6. Enter the Account Type, Routing Number, and Account Number.
  7. Click Submit.

Note: Only the Principal User ID of the account can update the DDA (Direct Deposit Account) on file.
