I updated my payroll Tuesday morning of this week and too 2 employees off payroll and QuickBooks still paid them

Hello there, @palletplus.

 

We can have an internal agreement with your employees to get the money. However, if you don't want to have an internal agreement. I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team to request a direct deposit reversal.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Choose to Talk to a human.
  4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human
  5. Select Contact us.
  6. Click Continue
  7. Choose to Message an agent or Get a callback.
