There are some occasions that QuickBooks doesn't accept a combination of city, county, or zip code. You'll have to make sure that you enter the accurate information. You can use the USPS Zip Lookup Tool to validate your address. It has a searchable database to look for a specific address using the street address, city, state, and zip code.

If it won't still accept the location, let's perform basic troubleshooting to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If it allows you to save it, you may have accumulated too much historical data in your browser. I' recommend clearing its cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.
