I have been using quickbooks for over a year and this morning received notice from quickbooks stating QuickBooks won't recognize your account. How can I fix this

I have been using quickbooks for over a year and this morning received notice from quickbooks stating QuickBooks won't recognize your account. How can I fix this

Log in issues with the QBO Windows app has been escalated, mooresecure2017.

 

A new update was released for the QBO desktop app to resolve errors loading and logging into QBO. Please update to the latest version 4.0.1 or re-download the app to install the update. If the same thing happens, you can use browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox to access your QBO account.

  1. Go to this link https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click the Company setup & importing topic.
  4. Select the Sign-in sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.

However, if you're using the web browser and got the message, we can try a few browser troubleshooting steps. Try using a private window to check if you'll get the same warning. If you're able to log in there, go back to your previous browser and clear the cache.
