Bills for your subscription including payroll will be delivered to your billing address depending on your billing cycle. Let's check it from your Accounts and Settings to identify why you received one. for the first quarter. Let me show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- On the Payroll section, review your billing information.
But if you're under the annual billing cycle, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team. From there, a specialist can pull up your account, securely, and help you with the bill you received. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter Bill for Full Service Payroll Subscription in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose a channel where you want to connect with our dedicated support.
