Thank you for getting back to us, @aejcdesign.

At this time, QuickBooks only show employees and company addresses in the paystubs.

I know that the option to view the employee's work location on their paystubs is beneficial to you and your business. That way, you can verify if which location your employees work.

You might want to check out this article to know how to manage work location in QuickBooks Online: Set up and assign a new work location.

Hi there, aejcdesign.

The address showing on the Employee Address section on the employee's pay stub is from the data entered on the employee's profile.

You can edit the employee address to show it on their pay stub when running payroll. Here's how:

  1. In the left menu, click Payroll.
  2. Go to the Employees tab.
  3. Locate and click the name of the employee.
  4. In the Employee details tab, go to the Profile section and click the pencil icon.
  5. Edit the Address.
  6. Click Done.

You can check below articles for more details:

After that, try to run payroll again. The employee address should now be updated to the address entered.

In case you'd want to remove an employee's profile from your QuickBooks payroll system in the future, take a look at this link for a guide: Delete an employee's profile from payroll.

Please let me know if you have other questions or concerns. I'll be around to assist you every step of the way. Take care and have a great day ahead.

I'm not having an issue with employee addresses. That doesn't answer my question.

My question is: How do I get the company address to reflect their work location address on their pay stubs?

I want an employee that works at location A, to have location A's address on their paystub.

I want an employee that works at location B, to have location B's address on their paystub.

Another way to look at it: I don't want the same company address on every paystub. I want the company address on the paystub to be the work location address.
