I have prepared 8 paychecks for direct deposit, but I only see two paycheck is ready to send. Why? Can any experts help me?

I have prepared 8 paychecks for direct deposit, but I only see two paycheck is ready to send. Why? Can any experts help me?

Hey, @amysucpa

 

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. One of the reasons why you may only see two paychecks that are ready to send is that not all of your employees may be set up for direct deposit. Here's how to: 

 

  1. Go to the Employees menu. 
  2. Pick Employees center.
  3. Double-click on the employee's name
  4. Select the Payroll Info tab. 
  5. Press the Direct Deposit button. 
  6. Choose Use Direct Deposit for [Employee's name] in the Direct Deposit window. 
  7. Enter the employee's financial institution information. 
  8. If you choose to deposit to two accounts, enter the amount or percentage that the employee wants to deposit to the first account in the Amount to Deposit field. The remainder goes to the second account.
  9. Tap OK to save the information. 
  10. Type in your direct deposit PIN when prompted.

 

If they're already set up for direct deposit, then can you provide me with a screenshot or gather some additional information on the issue? Once I have this insight, I'll be able to determine the best solution to your issue.
