With several of our Enterprise subscriptions payroll is an added feature available to our customers. There are several reasons why this could happen and a lot of them would require payroll to assist. To help with this the best way to contact them would be through the QuickBooks program.
- Press F1.
- Click contact us on the bottom of the pop-up window.
- Write your question.
- Select Chat.
A QuickBooks agent will connect with you, and look over your account. If any necessary troubleshooting steps need to be done they'll assist. If you have more questions, I'm here to help. Just reach out to me here.
