I have quickbooks online with Payroll Services. Where do I find Form 940 from 2019?

If you want to see the 941 archived form for 2019, you can view it by going to the Annual Forms in QuickBooks.

Here's how: 

1. From the Taxes menu, select Payroll Tax.
2. Select View Archived Forms in the Annual Forms section.
3. Choose the 940 form.
4. Click View.

However, if you'll want to file the 940 form you can pull up the form within QuickBooks or by going to the IRS website and manually file the form from there:

1. Click on Taxes at the left pane.
2. Select Payroll Tax.
3. Under Forms click Annual Forms.
4. Click on the 940 form.
