I have two checking accounts in my QB online. I pay the taxes out of one acct but for some reason it posted in my other acct. Does anyone know how to fix

Thanks for the question! I would be happy to help you. 

For this situation, I would suggest doing a journal entry to move the taxes to the correct account.  

In case you haven't done one before, here's an article that may help:

Create a journal entry in QuickBooks Online

Once you have done that, I would suggest going to your payroll settings to make sure the correct account is selected.  If it's not, you can change it to the correct account.
