I haven’t received my $747.50 refund since I switch to QB Enterprise hosting

Hello @fa10,

 

You can contact our Customer Care Support so someone can review the refund you're supposed to receive and review its history.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter Refund in the Search address.
  5. Click Start Messaging.
