Hello, @don-payrollonthe.
Having a payment button would be a great feature to enhance your workflow and simplify your tasks. I'm here to share some details about this functionality.
Currently, the option to add a pay button to your website is unavailable. However, you can check our QuickBooks Apps Store or other third-party apps that can help you do this.
Moreover, if you've signed up for QuickBooks Payments you can also let your vendor use the Pay Now button when they receive the email invoices. Here's how to set it up:
Once you send an invoice, you can set a specific payment method for how you want your customer to be able to pay.
You can also visit this article to learn how to personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Hi and thank you for your fast response. I can do that, however, I was instructed I can only send invoices via email. Quickbooks is not set up for me to put the payment button on my website. Quickbooks support tells me the payment link I generated is for an invoice to send to the vendor email only, and that's how they make the payment.
Thank you
