If this is about the submission of that form you stated, there are specific QuickBooks Online Payroll versions that can submit it for you. You can check this article for additional details: Tax payments and forms Intuit payroll submits for you. Scroll down to the Full-service versions of payroll section to see a list of versions that have this feature.
In case you have a different version than what's on the list, I suggest you visit your state agency's website to know how you can submit the Form WTH10004.

The form I referenced is correct and is identical to the one I print from Quickbooks each month. The problem is that there is an electronic signature already on the form when I print it. It should be blank so it can be signed by me before submitting. The signature is a name with no connection to our company.
I have been instructed to submit this form my self because Quickbooks does not submit the Oklahoma forms. Only the Arkansas ones.

In Intuit, we have assigned filers that taking care of the tax forms on your behalf. If you’re an assisted payroll, this might be the reason there’s an electronic signature printed on your form.
Here are some reasons why QuickBooks doesn’t submit them:
You can visit the state website to get a blank form. Since there are already information you need on each line of the form, you can copy the data manually. And then you can send it directly to your state agency.
You can also contact our Payroll Support team to assist you further. They can modify the details for you. This way, you can print the form without other names stated on it. Here’s how:
