Hi @michael123 , try log in private mode browser, clear cache, and clear history browsing, or try log in different browsing engine. Then try to run payroll again. You could try to run payroll in owner's log in too, sometimes it help. I'll give you this article how to clear cache . There are instances that a browser-related issue triggers the system to populate some error when running payroll. With that being said, let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix the error.
To start with, let's try running payroll on a private window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issues.

If you can run payroll successfully, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected page behavior.
You can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
