I'm being billed twice a year on automatic renewal subscription for basic payroll and for Enhanced Payroll and this has been going on now for a few years. What do I do?
I added Enhanced Payroll to my QuickBooks Pro in March 2016 and I received a subscription renewal billing to my credit card on 01/25/2017 for $618.68 for the standard payroll subscription renewal. However, I also received a notice from Intuit that they will again charge my card on March 15, 2017 for the Enhanced Payroll version for $565.00. I feel that I am being billed twice for payroll subscriptions. I should only be billed for the Enhanced Payroll version. What is the procedure for payroll services on subscriptions.

This appears to be my situation, as well. I went to enhanced payroll in February 2018 and am now getting a notice that my payroll subscription expires on March 20 and will be automatically renewed. Did you get an easy resolution of your issue?
