I'm told the QB full service payroll must be charged to credit card? Why - when my QB Plus fee and my payroll is charged to my corporate bank account?

Allow me to share some information about the subscription payment options for QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Through the direct debit payment, Intuit debits your bank account as an alternative to your credit card. Before that, you need to update the payment method to direct debit.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
2. In the Payment method section, select the pencil (edit) icon.
3. Choose Bank Transfer, then enter your account info.
4. Select Save.
