Allow me to share some information about the subscription payment options for QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Through the direct debit payment, Intuit debits your bank account as an alternative to your credit card. Before that, you need to update the payment method to direct debit.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
- In the Payment method section, select the pencil (edit) icon.
- Choose Bank Transfer, then enter your account info.
- Select Save.

If the system won't accept your corporate bank account, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Full Service Payroll Support to confirm if the payment method is acceptable in the said plan.
