I'm trying to download the newest payroll update but I keep getting an error message saying "error sending usage data, contact payroll support."

Getting same error and there is no time zone problem on my computer. Please provide more complete information. Also, why would I want or need to send usage data to Intuit if I do my own payroll and don't need Intuit to have any data other than on my desktop? I would rather disable the action that QB is attempting.
