I make a mistake, I delete an unpaid pay check in the paycheck list. Is there anyway I can get it back?

Once the unpaid paycheck is deleted, you will not be able to retrieve it. Instead, run payroll again for the specific paycheck that was deleted to create a new one.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Choose the Workers or Payroll menu. Then, select Employees.
  3. Select Run Payroll.
  4. If you have more than one payroll schedule, select the schedule, and Continue.
  5. Select the employees you'd like to pay. Then, enter the hours and memos.
  6. Choose Preview payroll.
  7. Select Preview payroll details or Submit payroll.
  8. Hit Finish Payroll.
