I need 2020 1095-A forms for my employees. How do I do that?

Allow me to share some clarification about the 1095-A form.

 

As of now, the form is not yet available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a way around,  you can run reports to the information that you need for the form.

 

For the Social Security numbers:

  1. Click the  Reports menu.
  2. In the search bar, type in Employee and select Employee Details.
  3. Filter employees and click Run Report.

To run a report showing the total service-hours for each employee by month, follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. In the search bar, type in Payroll and select Payroll Summary.
  3. Filter the date range base on the date you need.

Once everything is in place, you can now process your payroll effectively.
