I need help changing the number of liceses we pay for Quickbooks

I'm glad to share the steps for changing your license number. The easiest way to do this is to go through the Help menu.

1. From the QuickBooks Help menu, select Manage My License
2. Select Change My License Number.
3. Enter the new license number, then select Next and Finish.

You can follow the same steps to change the license numbers to workstations as well.
