I need last quarters MI 1028 form in order to file my quarterly form with the State. Ever since last "upgrade" there is no way for me to access this.

Paying taxes on time is very important, and I'll guide you to get this done in QuickBooks.

With the current payroll interface, QBO will give you a reminder for your unpaid taxes which includes your SUI. You can click Review on the reminder to see what taxes they are and to declare that you've paid them. The process is the same for paying taxes via E-pay service.

Once you've recorded your payment, you can click Filings in the Payroll Tax Center. Then, you'll want to click on Quarterly forms under Filing Resources to file your MI UIA 1028 form.

That will do it.

Again, there is no MI 1028 for Q1 2021 in my quarterly forms section.

Why is this so difficult since QB's last upgrade.  I use to have no problem at all doing this every quarter.

Our payroll support can also confirm that everything is in order on our end. I've included the steps to contact support below. 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Tap on Talk to a human. 
4. Hit Contact us. 
5. Choose a way to connect with us (Callback, Chat, Etc.).
