It's great to see a new face here in the Community. I can help you get in touch with our Customer Support Team. Don't sweat it. All you need to do is take a few steps in your QuickBooks Online account.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Press the Contact Us button.
- Type in your question about making a payment on your account and click Let's Talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a Callback.
If you come to a QB Assistant after tapping the Help icon, then write your answer there. In the end, if you still want to speak with someone over the phone, type Request a Callback.
