I need payroll records

Thanks for your first post here in the Community. I'd be glad to guide you on how to get the previous payroll of your employees. 

We can pull up the Employee Details report to see your employees' data like employment info, pay info, payroll details, and more. 

Here's how:

1.  Go to the Reports menu, then enter and select Employee Details in the Search field.
2. Select the date you want to display from the Date Range drop-down list. 
3. Select All Employees in the drop-down list, then click Run report.

For future reference, you can also run other payroll reports in QBO to view your employees and payroll information.
