Hi there, Valagahirdh-gmai.

You can manually create a single-time entry in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to process an employee's payroll advance. Here's how:

  1. Hover to + Create, then choose Single Time Activity.
  2. Search for the Team member.
  3. Enable Set start and end time if you have specific times, or enter total hours.
  4. Enter the Start dateStart timeEnd date, and End time.
  5. Select the Customer or Project and any applicable fields like Service or Billable status.
  6. Once done, click Save and close.

Once the employee clocks out and their timesheet syncs with your QBO account, you can edit the entry. In the Notes section, include details to indicate that this entry relates to a previous payroll advance. This ensures that it will not be part of the next payroll calculation.

Let me know if you have additional questions about managing your employee's time entry.
