I need to change my credit card to pay for sevice. also we sold our business and have 1 week for payroll this month. do you bill in advance or arears?

i want a customer sevice phone number to speak to a person, not a machine.

I want to make sure you’ll be able to change the payment method for your billing. This way, you’ll stay on top of your subscription since we bill you in advance.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top to choose Account and settings under Your Company.
  2. Tap the Billing & Subscription menu on the left panel and click the Pencil icon next to your payment mode.
  3. From there, enter the new credit card information.
  4. Make sure the address for your credit card is the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  5. Click Confirm or Save.
