I need to file 941, need help, i have qb desktop, not able to open, ihave qb online, thats dont have full information in it

I'm here to help, sunnyforblinds.

While we're unable to give you a call, I'll provide steps to help you open the QuickBooks Desktop program, file the 941 form, and add your QuickBooks Online information.

For QuickBooks Desktop that doesn't start or won't open, you'll want to run the Quick Fix my Program from the QuickBooks Tools Hub. This helps resolve common errors. Note: Use the Tool Hub on Windows 10, 64-bit for the best experience.

To download and install the QuickBooks Tools Hub, here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks by going to File > Exit.
  2. We recommend you download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find. Note: If you have installed the Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be displayed on the bottom right or you can select About to view the version.
  3. Open the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe) and follow the on-screen instructions to install and agree to the terms and conditions.

Once done with the installation, double-click the QuickBooks Tool Hub icon on your Windows desktop. Then, follow these steps:

  1. In the QuickBooks Tools Hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Click Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

If you're still unable to open the program, you can check out the other solutions in this article: QuickBooks Desktop doesn't start or won't open.

After you successfully open your QuickBooks Desktop program, you can file the form by following these steps:

  1. Go to Employees Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s > Process Payroll Forms.
  2. In the File Forms section, click Quarterly Form 941/Sch. B - Employer's Quarteryly Federal Tax Return and select File Form.
  3. Review the SELECT FILING PERIOD quarter, and update if necessary.
  4. Click OK and complete the interview for your form.
  5. Select Next and review the information on your form to confirm it is correct.Note: If you need to add or change, data select the field and enter the amount. New data displays in blue and changed data displays in green.
  6. Select Check for Errors to identify and fix any form errors.
  7. Hit Save and Close to save your changes and come back later or select Print for Your Records to print your form
