Let me give you some info about accessing the IL-941 form in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
First off, there are some tax forms, like the IL-941, that are no longer available in QBO. You're able to pull up this year's QTR form, but the data will be for the year 2018.
You can access it if you have archived or filed it online last 2018. Here's how to view archived forms in QBO:
- From the Taxes menu, choose Payroll Tax.
- Select View Archived Forms in the Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms section, as appropriate.
- Pick the desired form and then click View.

If you haven't archived or filed it, you'll have to manually fill out the form downloaded from the IRS website or use this direct site to access it: IL-941 form.
