It only takes a few easy steps in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to get in touch with our Customer Support Team. Here's how: 


  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button on the pop-up page. 
  3. Give a brief description of your issue (example: banking error 135) and hit Let's Talk
  4. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback


Afterward, you'll receive an estimated time of when they'll give you a call. In the meantime, review our tutorials page to see what other available features are in your account. These can become helpful to you and your business in the future.
