Here's how to cancel your online subscription if signed up via the web:
- Open a web browser on your desktop computer.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
- Go to the Settings menu, then click Account and Settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab, then select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, choose Cancel trial.
- Follow the onscreen steps.

- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Click Search for something else, then enter your concern in the Ask us anything field and click Search.
- Select the Start a Message button.
- Enter all necessary information in the pop-up box, then click I'm not a robot and hit Submit.
