I need to speak to a rep and close an account, why is this not possible.

Welcome to the Community, @bryanschnabel. I can see the urgency to speak with our Customer Care team to cancel your account. 


I can walk you through the cancelation process. And if you still need to speak with our team, I can also guide you on how to reach us through chat. 


Here's how to cancel your online subscription if signed up via the web: 


  1. Open a web browser on your desktop computer.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Go to the Settings menu, then click Account and Settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab, then select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, choose Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.

  1. Click this link:
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click Search for something else, then enter your concern in the Ask us anything field and click Search.  
  4. Select the Start a Message button. 
  5. Enter all necessary information in the pop-up box, then click I'm not a robot and hit Submit
