A quick and easy way to cancel your subscription is from within the software by going to Account and Settings.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. From the left menu select Billing & Subscription.
4. In the Payroll section, select Cancel.
5. Select Continue to cancel.
6. Complete the short survey, then select Cancel Payroll Service.

To speak with someone to help with the cancellation, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Care Team. They'll assist you with the process and ensure it's done on time.

Please follow these steps on how contact them:

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Under What can we help you with?, enter any concerns.
5. Click Let's Talk.
6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
