Thank you for posting here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to talk to a supervisor.

 

With this, I highly suggest contacting our Customer Care Team again using our Callback feature. We are open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern in the description field and hit Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback
  4. Complete the needed information.  

 

Also, could you please let me know what's going on and how I can help you get back to business? Please provide me the details of your concern by clicking the Reply button below.

If only that actually worked. No supervisor calls back.

I need to speak with a supervisor

I have tried for 2 months to get a supervisor. . . . I am again on the phone with another issue.   They no longer transfer calls to a supervisor. . . .  Intuit clearly has stopped caring about it's customers. . .  She's telling me to wait while she fills out a form to have one call me back. . . . 

I was told by at least 5 different people someone would call me back within anywhere from 2 - 72 hours. . . This had to do with the 1099 wizard that is still broken. . .   Pretty sad.
