Hello there, @christian4youth,

Thanks for joining QuickBooks Community.

You have to manually enter Non-Profit to update your account to a non-profit organization. Let me show you the steps.

1. Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar, then choose Account and Settings.
2. From the Customer label drop-down, choose Donors.
3. In Company type, select the Pencil icon.
4. From the Tax form drop-down, choose Non-profit organization (Form 990).
5. Select Save, then choose Done.

Sign out and sign back into QuickBooks Online to see the changes reflected throughout QuickBooks. Once it's all done, your account should use terms commonly used by non-profit organizations.
