I need to void a paycheck from July 2018, how do I do this online. It will not allow me to select the paycheck and delete it

Thanks for coming to the Community for help. I’m here to share some information about voiding and deleting paychecks in QuickBooks Online.

Since the paycheck is dated July 2018, QuickBooks will not allow you to void or delete the transaction. This option is only available if within the current quarter. 

Our Payroll Support Team has the necessary tools to pull up your account in a secure environment, which we are unable to do in this public forum and process the voiding of checks for you. 

Since taxes are already paid for that paycheck, they will make some corrections in order to maintain accuracy in your payroll data. 

Here’s how to contact support:
1.    Go to this link https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/.
2.    Select your Payroll Subscription.
3.    Under the Free Live Help section, you'll find their contact information.
