Hi there, @Local455.
Let me share some details on how to handle overwithheld PUCC in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're using QBO Payroll Core, handling PUCC adjustments should be made before they pay and file their taxes for the associated tax period, although they may still enter the changes at any time.
However, if your customer has already paid and filed taxes for the tax period, they are responsible for additional tax payments and filings.
When subscribed to QBO Payroll Premium and Elite, adjustments can be made until the last business day of the year.
Processing overwitheld PUCC is a complex procedure. Thus, I recommend contacting the QBO Payroll Support team. This way, we can ensure you'll be assisted accurately with completing this action.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then click Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
