I processed payroll yesterday for today. Received email confirmed payroll has been processed. today nothing has been DD in to employees account. help!

My direct deposit has still not been taken care of as of 3:13pm EST.  is anyone else still experiencing the same problem?

Allow me to share what happened with the direct deposit posting in QuickBooks.

 

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account.

 

See this link to be updated with the current status of this Direct Deposit concern. You can also click on Subscribe to Updates to receive notification emails if there are outages in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
