I'm here to make sure that any concerns you have about the email requesting your license details are addressed promptly, LS26.

We'lll not request your personal information, like your license details, through email. This also includes the following information:

  • Sending you an email with a "software update" or "software download" attachment.
  • Asking you to send login or password details, including banking or credit card information.
  • Sharing confidential information about your employees via email.

Our emails will always come from an address that ends with @intuit.com and @e.intuit.com. That said, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team. They'll thoroughly review the email and guide you on the best way to handle it, ensuring the safety of your account.

To reach out to our support team:

  1. Tap the Help icon in the upper right of your company to display the support window.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
  3. Press the Get help from a human link to view support options.
  4. Choose Chat to initiate a conversation or Callback to speak with an agent.
